Hi, just 1 question: Will this ever been fixed in a way that works? There have been done several changes to this agents over the last weeks and none of it was realy good.
1. step (came with patch 1424): no more implants from some agents for 7-10 days, no matter how many missions done.
2. step (around 11 days after 1424): 1 imp each day if you've done a lot of missions. But, agents used to stop giving kill missions after a while (only small courier with low rewards), or stopped giving missions at all after using them for some hours.
3. step (since DT on Tuesday the 11.): no more courier missions (had 58! kill missions in a row from the same agent, tried another one, same there) and so ... no more chance for getting imps, if you don't wanna do boring courier missions all day long.

thx, I've read this before and don't wanna ask when the next patch will come because I guess I know the *peep* answer
just got back to my main agent and ... surprise ... he has no missions for me at all how long will this go on this time, untill the next patch, next downtime?
Quote: Papa Smurf: Last patch had a new method for choosing between what missions an agent dishes out, which also affected important missions. The algorithm would make it more likely f.ex. to get an important kill mission from an agent that is more likely to give normal kill missions
I guess some guys are a way lost in their own algorithms and now searching for an exit
It's hard to stay fair and give allways a constructive feedback if the few things you like to do don't work and are going more and more useless.

*Cough* Please allow me to deliver official Caldari Navy responce on this. <---------
Let me start by saying that I , myself , have not recieved an implant while working for Caldari Navy since a month before Castor patch. That's right folks , no implant for 8 months. This kind of explains why I dont fly missions for them anymore Thing with CN is that every important mission they give you is a kill one and those types of kill missions aren't the types that give implant as rewards. So a statement that Caldari Navy does not give out implants is probably 99% correct ( well in my case anyway ).
Thank you for your attention. That would be all.

Edited by: Zipoldy on 13/05/2004 09:07:15 I do level 3 Gallante Navy and the rewards are mostly Containers (Small to Huge), 0 Implants since last patch. Used to get some Oculars. Used to get some tech2 parts, now that's down to almost Zero to...
Last but not least the Monetary rewards also seem to be quite bad atm... got 1 Mission that gave 34000 isk as reward and 32000 isk as bonus, feels low for a lvl 3 Agent.

I have in the past 2.5 weeks received 3 perception implants from the 2 Caldari Navy agents I am running at the moment. So I must have gotten lucky.
One thing I have noticed though is that the higher my standing with them becomes (now above 7.5), the crappier the missions and rewards I get from them seem to become.
They have slowly gone from giving most all kill missions to now what feels like 50% 2-3 jump courier missions which give 50-60K rewards and yet another bunch of friggin containers as bonus. The amount of homeless in my hangar is growing steadily as well heh. Actually I'm beginning to think that level 2 agents might at the moment be better moneywise seeing as I can do the missions faster and you actually get quite a bunch of tech 2 construction components which can be used or sold for a nice bit of money usually.
I remember reading a while ago that other people have noticed their agents going bad on them when they got to high standings. I'm not complaining about implant drops as so far that seems to have worked out fine for me, but about the regular missions I'm getting.
Also I'm kind of worried about the upcoming missile changes as they stand now. If I can't fire a torp or cruise missile from my MOA anymore I wonder how I'm going to handle the 2 inferno or mortifier missions anymore. I don't have to spam the missiles but I need to soften one of them up to even the odds quickly or I get eaten alive :(

They were command agents so they (used to) give most all kill missions. The implant missions themselves were always the same and involved the shipment of I think salary information. So the implant mission was a courier one all 3 times.
As I mentioned though my agents seem to have gone from almost exclusively kill missions to 50% 2-3 jump courier lately as my standing gets better :(
