Can't see in patchnotes about an increase of 9tf from 19tf to 28tf to these Modules.
Can someone either point me in the right direction on the patch notes.

I haven't checked this (so idk if they have or have not changed) but i do know changes to the fitting req of faction modules are never in the patch notes. This is why the last "no nerf" patch got so much flak.

CCP why doing all those stealth nerfs? its very unfair changing things that way :(
What about all the ships that logged in space in 0.0, then logging in to find out one mod if offline due to sudden lack of cpu??

Well then I see only 2 options here:
1) Either CCP intentionally did it as stealth patch, in which case they should respond and explain why and the logic as its very unfair  imagine someone who invested billions into officer mods that got nerfed? lol I wouldnt want to be him :D
2) Their QA departement is just.. fail lol... how hard is it to implement procedures preventing implementation of code changes without adding it to some version history/patch notes etc???

I'm just back from a longer break (and yes, my acc was active during this break) and wanted to mine a little with my hulk when i noticed that i'm missing almost 20 CPU. ... ok, maybe it is a reasonable change, but no information in the Patchnotes is just *meh*.
I wonder hom much more got changed without mentioned in the Patchnotes. CCP looses my trust into them.
