The winning number will be the California Super Lotto Plus mega number, which can be anywhere between 1 to 27. It will be announced on Wednesday the 18th at

Each ticket costs 2 million, and the total prize for picking the correct number will be 60 million. You may buy up to 3 tickets.
I have no reputation whatsoever except with those I trade with in Eve, but I assure you that ruining my name over 60 million ISK is not worth it. No amount of ISK is worth it for that matter.
Send the money to 'Elaine Celeste', and please add the number you want in the 'reason' field, and post it here or send me an eve-mail with it just to confirm your number.
If not enough people are interested, I will buy all the remaining slots myself on Tuesday, so rest assured that this lottery WILL happen no matter what.

You can also not bump by simply writing "bump".
Although in all honesty, I have never seen a mod enforce this rule.

I wish to congratulate Chinggis for winning the lottery, and I would like to thank everybody for participating. This was the first lottery I organized, and as it went rather smoothly, I look forward to holding many more.
I will continue with a couple of rather small lotteries for now, but once people start trusting me more and I build a reputation, I will certainly be considering larger prizes. Nonetheless, I am going to keep organizing smaller lotteries with inexpensive tickets on a regular basis, mainly aimed at people who are rather new to the game simply for the purpose of helping new players out.
