You are in 0.0 space and you see a pilot in a Noob corp flying a Claw interceptor. He has a -3.9 security status, a 2 million ISK bouty and is sitting 5k off your starboard bow.
What would you do?

I'd look at his corporation history and standings. See if anyone disliked him a lot. See if he has a record of piracy corporations or enemie corporations.
If none of that I'd leave him alone. THere are all sorts of wasy to get a negative secruity rating and a bounty. It does not equal beeing a ebil pirate or killer.
Update:
First I am told I am not allowed to kill people in n00b corps. Then I am allowed. Oh well, in light of what DB says is policy I'd blow the guy into oblivion.
I took a screen shot DB. I'll go blow up any noob corp member I see in Pure Blind. I got proof I am supposed to do it.

i'd delicately scan his ship's hull for small imperfections. then, i'd apply a smooth creamy layer of thermal damage to it. hopefully, my space-enima will delight me with an ejection of all the crap from his system. then i'd take my vacuum-ship and scoop all the jettison...
there is a fine, but dissasterous line between a fart and a shart. i suggest you make sure which side you want to be on... |

If you are a good enough pilot that you have the minute to check his corp history, then you are a better pilot than I am (assuming ur in even ships or he poses a threat).
I myself would destroy ship and pod kill. Of course, you guys in large alliances are bound by honor and are supposed to verify their intentions before firing. As a pirate, I know no such bounds. :)

Judicator appears to be insane today. Either that or he has been listening to our resident carebear Jadrut.
It's been RKK policy since our inception to pod n00bs, the simple reason being, n00b corp members are 99% of the time, spies.
The 1% that ain't spies are potential corp thieves.

id let him go, as killing guys is wrong... and is something i have given up.... i would maybe convo him, and preach to him to stop killing, and maybe invite him mining with me....
but, this matters not, as i dont enter 0.8 sec systems and below, and prob couldnt do any damage with my miner 2s anyway...

Let's see... I've been silly enough to let an unknown pilot in a Crow get within 5K of me in 0.0 space. Well I'd say you've left yourself with the need for an immediate decision.
Chances are if a Crow has been aggressive enough to get within 5K and they DON'T have friendly brackets it's time to either open fire or run for the hills regardless of your research about their corporation. If they are in a n00b corporation chances are you've got your work cut out for you in the coming seconds. Crows are exceptionally hard to kill 1v1.
So my decision would be fight or flight, depending on my ship and how it was equipped. I try not to make a habit of fighting interceptors 1v1 unless I'm in a similar ship (rare) but to each their own, I guess.

if they are within 5km you can simply use a smartbomb(has range of 5km) and poof? no ? i wouldnt know though, have never employed that technique.
