To be more specific, the part that hands out real life threats when they disagree with you. Or another time we were just randomly talking in militia, we came on subject of shooting neutrals, and i said something like: I wont shoot neutral when FC orders me to shoot him. Result: People telling they wardec me but dont have the guts to actually wardec. Yep thats right, people in gallente militia threaten to wardec you when you refuse to shoot with a 80 men blob on random neutrals... And well, besides that the FC ass kissers dont like me when i comment on the delay fleets usually have (or had, been carebearing lately) before moving out.

Deck Caldari Militia is much smarter here and uses the fact, that it's FC will be primaried, as a combat strategy. Caldari put the Fleet Commander in a Command ship with an insane tank and few fleet members assigned to him with remote reps. It happened more than once where stupid and predictable gallentes engaged the FC and were not able to bring down the tank, while caldari militia was decimating them with 0 losses (since the FC's command ship absorbed all the damage). For gallente militia: put your FC in a nano ship (aren't you masters in coward nano tactics ? ) or a covops, problem solved.
