There m,ust be some rule in regards to the Militia chat that stipulates it can only be about factual faction info or fleet militia related stuff.
Today after asking what was seen as too many questions it became apparent from the complainees with such language as 'we' and 'us' that there was a serious attempt to problematize the general good hearted and upbeat fun for all attitude in Gallente militia chat. Of course it didnt trake more than about ten minutes for the reprobates to turn the harmless and interesting questions I was asking into some form or type of personal failing or the such like.
With accusations such as - just bought the char - 'we' -- 'us' etc etc . Yawn Yawn.
To stop the militia getting groupy with nefarious BLOBBERS and their mates (once a blobber always a blobber - your fault not ours) we should all make a concerted effort to discuss only militia related topics. If new to faction warfare players are asking questions in regards to faction warfare once Im upto speed i couldnt personally give two bits about this in fact I would go so far as to suggest it IS expected by normal people that are playing faction.
So to all the reprobates out there that believe that they have to personally attack everyone that isnt one of their ridiculous gang members or such - perhaps you shopuld open your own chats and invite other reprobates into that as aopposed to trying to ruin every normal happy player from actually attainning exactly that some degree of hapiness in this world full of intellectually lacking primitives.

I personally believe that US Americans are unable to do so because some people out there in our nation donĘt have maps and that I believe our education, such as in South Africa and the Iraq, everywhere like such as, and I believe that they should our education over here in the US should help the US, or should help South Africa and should help the Iraq and the Asian countries so we will be able to build up our future.

all you can do is try and suggest people stick to militia related stuff. Its not going to work and your going to end up pushing yourself in a corner. militia chat should be seen as part intel,part organization(recruiting players to join their group or blob) and part social channel.
if people want to act like douchebags chances are they are going to end up ignored by a lot of people. your just not going to stop people from talking about random stuff. hell even if you could get them to stop that starts to kill the chance that FW made to the game and that is the changing of the anti social fabric of the game. people are talking to other players they wouldn't have so much as said "hi" to out of fear of them emptying their corp's hangars some how.
get used to it or gtfo is basically the only choices.

I would like to say that in regards to the relation of the other item and the device in question, that without reservation, I would make a claim that the effect is invalid. This is to not say no, but instead suggest that a manner of providing focus should be accounted for. Without the ability to differentiate between the two, no conclusion is available.
