Hello.
When accessing my API and using it in conjunction with EvEMon, I am getting constant errors. I understand EvEMon is not covered by support. But the issue does seem to be with my API/XML information as it appears corrupt and seldom lets me actually access the page to begin with.
I have not actually been able to access the MyEvE (Character) portion of the site since I started this account. This is not a local issue, As it's been tested on various PC's, different browsers and frsh cookies.
Again, I know EveMon is not supported, But it's all I have to start my character up and train her properly. This is the EveMon error I am receiving :
WebException : The remote server returned an error :(417) Expectation failed.
To me it seems like there is currupt data in the XML sheet. Help would be much appreceated. Ghost Of Perdition. |

the character sheet xml is different from the api so what happens when you log into the eve-o site and try and access your character ? the API access comes in from a different area, you have to log into the site then goto API page <- this is what evemon needs -- BIG Lottery, BIG Deal, InEve,

Yep, as stated, I can access that page and collect my information, but EvEMon still outputs the above mentioned error. Ghost Of Perdition. |

I only have this issue when im at my friends house on his ISP. The main difference i have found is that his ISP uses transparent proxies. USE this site to see if you are using a proxy. I dont know how to fix it if this is the issue, but reducing the list of things it might be in relation to this location.
go to stuff.daniel15.com/php/testproxy.php , see if youre on a proxy.
