Im looking for a pilot of any race that can fly a fully T2 fitted BS and is or is close to being a good capital pilot.
No cross training prefered
Minimal SP spent out side combat skills
Max Learning is a bonus
High race specific tank skills
High SP in gunnery or missles
High SP in Drones would be a bonus also

9.2 mil sp in gunnery
11.4 mil sp in ships
Flies almost all Gallente non caps (no EAS, Hictors, or T2 BS), and could get in the rest in very short order.
Is cross trained for Amarr T2 Frigs and by this time next week Minny as well (with gunnery skills to match).
All advanced learning to 4 (except Charisma).
He's great in a sniper or blaster Thron, or Rem Repping Domi.
With Gal BS 5 he's ready to take that leap to caps.
And best of all his buy out is under your budget ;)
