My post here was locked, and for good reason. My problem is that I have no idea how this happened. I posted a thread a few minutes later. But I didn't do anything before this that would have caused such a posting that I'm aware of. I made thread 2 minutes later, according to the boards, but nothing to my knowledge that corresponds to the stamp on it.
If it's a bug, I will post a report. Has anyone else suffered such a phenomenon?
Note this isn't about locking a thread, because I agree it should be locked. I'm just wondering how this phantom thread appeared when I didn't actively post one, but posted one 2 minutes later.
I'm truly confused since I didn't notice it until now, well after the fact.

I would say that it was definitively a Layer 8 problem.

Nope, it was empty, hence why it should have been locked. I just don't have any idea how I spawned a zombie thread.

What OS are you using, and what web browser? Browser version? Any extensions/addons/toolbars?

XP Pro. FF 2 latest, Ad Block, Fasterfox, DL Them All.
I'm gonna put it down to a forum goof, since I was writing up another post at the time. But if you have any insight please give it.
