is it just me or is everyone having problems with scanning out sites? after the patch i cant seem to be able to get a ping on gravametric or unknows using gravametric quest probes at each planet. then when i went to a .4 my quest probes dont even show up on solersystem view after i highlite em all. anyone know anything about that? |

I found an unknown site yesterday using grav quests; it's possible. Maybe you just have terrible luck at the moment?

I spent 2 hours today in a system looking for a radar site and either I have no clue what I am looking for (possible since it was my first time, but nobody in the exploration channel responded to my questions) or it wasn't coming up. I found 3 'Cosmic anomalies', one of which was an asteroid station that said if I interacted with it something would happen. (couldn't figure out how) but I never found a deadspace signature as Joerd Toastius' guide said I would....

I found a large omber grav site yesterday and a medium jaspet/kernite/omber site the day before.
They seem to be working fine to me.
That display glitch does happen in some systems. They still work, but you don't see the bubble around the planet for some reason.

No problems. Its a chance based mechanic, so its bound to have annoying streaks. Just like mission runners getting the same mission 5-9 times in a row.

Closing the scanner and re-opening it, then selecting your probes again fixes that for me when it happens.

I took a break for a while and when I came back I probed out 2 radar sites in 2 different systems in under an hour. Guess it's all about the RNG...

I noticed this bug too alot. The expire timer freezes up, the Analyze progress window doesn't show and other such quirks.
Close/reopen fixes it everytime though.
