Just like the topic says. I am looking to get either an Amarr or Caldari spec char that is close to capital ships. This means should have BS 5, Advanced Spaceship Command 5, Advanced Weapon Upgrades 5, Drone Interfacing 5, Torps 5, or Large Energy Turret 5, etc. Obviously not all of them, but some of them should be done. Bonus if it has a little utility factor like ability to fly a hulk or something. If you can, include your limited API with your offer. Leave offers here or evemail this character and I'll get back to you.
5b budget, can go a little over if necessary

this character is ficused to the dread.. can use t2 shield mods, ctadel launchers, cap shields, and very soon able to use siege mode.
he can ve in a freighter within a day, and a jump freighter within a month.
i will sell him for 4 bil without the fully rigged and fit dread, 5bil with the fully fit dread.. the dread has 3 citadel launcher (siege mod included) cap shield, t2 hardeners, 3 ccc rigs, and other mods I cant remember. also included a capital sized hybrid railgun. ammo, fuel, and drones also.
+3 implant
