HI. does republic fleet giv out implant? im doing missions for a lvl 3 Security agent.

Any type of lvl3 agent within a corp that gives implants should give them.
Heres a list of implants by type, hope it helps

yea, but i have done like 9 Im missions and none implants so far?

Thats nothing - with the recent changes, you could be doing over 30 IMs and still have no implant. It would not indicate he isn't dropping implants but its simply that there is a large increase int he variety of IMs on most agents and thus the chances of your implant mission coming up seems to have gone down....
It is also why Intelligence Implants are now at 20 mil each and Memory at 24 Mil... expensive but no choice due to the rare issues now..

Also i don't think have included the implant kill missions yet? if they aren't, your chances are decreased even further until they are included.

ive been doing loads of missions for a lvl3 kill havnt got 1 implant, though i did get 1 b4 the patch. Switched today to a lvl3 agent doing courier missions 10 missions later 1 important mission and out popped a int implant

Please note that unless they have fixed the missions, you are very unlikey to get an implant from a kill mission focused agent. This is because the important missions selection is modified by the agent type - this was changed in the last patch, but wasn't in the patch notes. Papa Smurf has posted this in another thread... although it was obvious to most of the serious agents runners long before they acknowledged it.
The implant mission is a courier mission... if you want the best chance for you important missions to be implant missions you should look for an agent that give ONLY courier missions.
