As we start our new journey up North, an influx of new capsuleers is paramount to our success. In the past I have used cheap word smithing and salesman tactics to entice our current members to join so this new thread "Chapter 2" will simply list the basics. Our leadership understands that to have a complete Corporation you need to be multi-mission. Having an industry wing to provide war materials to your military wing is very important. Likewise, having a military wing to protect our industrial pilots is, of course, paramount. To this end, we look to recruit both industrial and military pilots. However, we ask that our industrial pilots have teeth (and use them) when hostiles come to visit the homeland. The Basics... Overview Info: * 125+ members * Average pilot SP is 20+mil * Strong logistics * Stronger industrial * Hungry military pilots (always in top 3 on Alliance killboard) * Very active membership * Highly self-sufficient, including T2 invention and building * Good number of Cap pilots, couple of Moms and a Titan pilot Complete Corporate history and philosophy in this thread. Requirements: * 10mil skill points minimum * Active for a minimum of 5 hours per week * Maintain a -3.0 or better security status * Willingness to participate in Corp and Alliance training * Previous experience in 0.0 and low-sec warfare * Mature and professional attitude (no smack in local, etc.) * Have fun and make piles of ISK! I have a range bonus of 80% and a tracking speed multiplier of 0.25 x. My base shield and armor damage is 22.4. First correct answer, gets the ISK! o7
