Anyone know what the best way to give feedback to the store is? I was delighted to receive my cool-as-ice, hot-as-mustard thermochromic mug... until I saw the very obvious, and very unsightly chipping all over the handle. No self-respecting dweeb could ever take the mug in to work. The missing flakes of glaze aren't in the box, so I don't think it chipped in transit, either.  |

Most likely it got chipped in the factory before it was packaged and since almost everything today is automated it might have skipped inspecting eyes of the quality officer.
Send it back and ask for a replacement.

But lets assume there is another corpiration which makes everything for the EVE store and what goes on there has nothing to do with CCP.

I just spoke to the Eve Store Manager. She requests that you mail the chipped mug and a copy of your invoice back to her, she will reprocess your order with another mug.
