I play as much as I can with work and family but, when I see this name in a fIELD everyday/anyday- FROM LOG IN time before, I go to work- to the end of the day + all through the weekend. Im totally convinced.
Proof, when I was on vacation for a week I saw this (person or persons) everyday for seven days non- stop.
To this very second this same character is mining.
Its my opinion that one person cant mine like this its unconcivable! Spelled that wrong, anyway I cannot FATHOM one person being on this long. What should if anything do. Sorry for the edits but, it cuts me off.

Petition the person. If the gms investigate the report and find that he is indeed a farmer I'm pretty sure they'll remove him.

So every time this guy is online, there you are. Apparently mining 23/7.
Should he report you, is the question.
Best be sure before you start a witch hunt or it may happen to you

Seriously though, is it inconceivable to think that there may be someone who plays more than you? Or more than you think others should be able to? Your a miner, been doing it for 5 whole months. What about someone whos been mining by profession since 04?

By taking the available channels to take action it will take time so be patient.
And have in mind that there is the possibility of sharing that account, i know corps that are made of mostly fighters that have spare miner chars which are used by everybody 23/7 simple to keep the flow going in the corp, and get bored or irritated players to cool their nerves by grinding roids for a few hours.
Its a sad thing to see that a game such as this has a very poor system for interacting with users. If petitions had warning labels to prevent misuse and basic FAQs attached to them many people would refrain from pumping trash into it just because they neglected to play the tutorial or ask in the help channel simply because they don't care. But if CCP doesn't have the brain power to figure out how to make a universe for good for both the careless newbie to the dedicated player thats their problem, if i don't like it i take my 15$ elsewhere, same as me and my friends did 3 years ago and now we are back for another test drive.
Don't blame farmers for farming blame the industry for pumping implacable amounts of commerce into games, if company owners didn't push game designers so hard to mass produce content with more pretty things to look at and less actual activities to experience but none the less keeping players hooked there would be no farmers. So if big guys can exploit you why not the average guy. After all most of those farmers originate from dedicated gamers who have realized that the industry offers more tension than relaxation and if they are going to stick to that they might as well do some healthy profit so in the end they can give their money to someone that truly does bring them entertainment and put that vast knowledge and experience of gaming to good use.

I petitioned a group of farmers then war dec'd them, took out all of them (they all sat there in there pod's just like macro's, didnt say a word in local didnt try to fight back or anything, then when they were all killed they all logged off at the exact same time) next day they were in NPC corp and I had a response to the petition with standard thanks for reporting we will take care and then they closed the petition.
About a week and a half later they were still there :/ Havnt checked back since then.

What is it with Eve - no matter where you look on the forum, people come on, aska question and make a comment and the replies are 80% sarcastic or stupid - we wouldn't have to read so much dross to get to the point if people actually just kept their nose out until they have something to say that added value.
And before you say i am now doing the same thing (to be clever of course) I am doing this to reduce the crap that the so-called 'clever' ones post - it's not clever.

C/P from EULA: "You may not share your Account with anyone, or allow anyone other than you personally (or your minor child, if you have registered an Account on behalf of your minor child) to access or use your Account. Joint or shared ownership or use of an Account by more than one user is prohibited."

So I can account share with some underage kid and operate a mining barge 24/7, aslong as im his legal guardian? Is there a limit to the amount of shared accounts i can operate this way?

Children are allowed to play the game. However, they're not allowed to pay for it themselves.
To the topic: Petition those who you believe to be macrominers. Either they'll disappear after some time or not.
