I did that once. The frickin idiot argued with me for 5 minutes about "what kind" of coffee and couldn't understand "Straight, hot, black coffee, with nothing added, taken away, mixed, shaken, stirred or tumbled. Just a simple cup of hot black coffee"... 
That had to be the closest I have ever come to wanting to grab someone by the head and try to shake some sense into the vacuum between their ears.
