I represent a currently 150 man alliance with 0.0 experience that is looking to merge with an existing larger alliance. The two main corporations within this alliance will be merging into a single 100-man corp and moving together. The fate of the remaining alliance members depends on the offer.
We are a PVP focused alliance, with a strong industrial and logistics backbone. We have recent 0.0 experience, cap ship capabilities, and many experienced players.
We are looking for a strong 0.0 based alliance, preferably not in NPC space. We believe that strength in EVE also comes from economic as well as military power, so we do not want an alliance that demands 24/7 PVP corps, but PVP is a focus for us.

Hey Alex,
First off, we DO live in NPC 0.0 in the Syndicate region but I thought might you might reconsider... Huzzah Alliance is not huge by any means but we prefer it that way... most large alliance have a lot of dead weight, Huzzah does not. We pvp and were pretty good at it. Huzzah does a ship program that offers members recons, hacs, bs's, cmd ships, and even capitals at half price or less. Another great thing about syndicate is that there is always something to shoot, we have very few blues which is how we like it. I did receive the BOTS eve-mail. We will probably start making contact with all of the interested alliances after this weekend.
We are still interested in hearing from other alliances as well. We will be seriously considering ALL offers.
