I bought these for 504million isk and have received 1 dividend payment of 201,579,841.95 Original purchase price: 504,000,000 Value at maturity: 720,720,000 Dividends received: 201,579,841.95 Current value: 519,140,158.05 Asking price: 400mill for the lot. The thread that explains the IPO. Currently the next dividend payment is overdue but they are still active on the sell forums trying to sell some capital ships. If you purchase these shares now you should receive the next dividend payment anytime. Anyone interested? Edit: Forgot to add in my asking price. ---------------------------------------------- Why do it the hard way when you can do it the AMARR way.

They're certainly not trying to sell more shares. In my view it's more likely that there are issues gathering the funds for the repayment, as there were the first time, and if it takes as long as it did the first time (5 days past the agreed date), we might not expect anything for another few days. That statement and as of now no clarification should stymie any potential investor at the research phase.

He has been an active member with a rock solid reputation both in MD via the investments and on the capital production side. Plus he's been playing longer than anyone posting thus far in this thread, so he's got a lot more to lose by scamming than you'd think. In truth, Loney's from the old school where reporting is a bit... lax. Yes, he should protect investor confidence a bit more, but I really the only 2 problems I'd see with CD-RE would be if he's overestimated the returns and we see slightly lesser returns and of course divis being late. Mental note: WTS = Auction. Asking Price = Make Offers. Guess that puts the manner in which business is conducted on here into perspective.

I guess I take my experience on these forums and the sell forums for granted sometimes. I did not use a formal template to conduct this sale as I wasn't sure what people would pay and I didn't want to waste my time with an auction with set time limits and rules. WTS = Want To Sell, meaning I have something I want to sell, how I do it will either be listed in my original post or will be left up to me, the owner of whatever it is that is going to be sold. Asking Price = the price I am asking for the thing I want to sell, if someone wants to give me more, I can sell it for more but I put an asking price so people would have an idea what I wanted to get out of it. No sniper rule BS, no minimum bid BS, no start/end date BS, in short.....no BS. My way or no way since I'm the one doing the selling. If the buyer doesn't like it they don't have to buy it. Now when I am doing business for my IPO or my other ventures I can choose to operate in a different fashion in order to make the most profit. Hope that explains things a bit. P.S. Tongue in cheek aside, as you state, you can clearly sell to whomsoever for whatsoever as you wish - to this I wholeheartedley agree.
