EVE-ONLINE IS SERIOUS BUSINESS CCP may just change the CAOD rules instead. That may be why they aren't enforcing the rules strictly. This may be the best place for CAOD discussions anyway for 2 reasons; 1) This has been the "default" board to discuss fleet engagements, and that's all FW is atm, 2) factions and alliances have been butting heads recently, and it would be weird for them to have to smack talk on seperate boards.
