the need for clear and precise information has never been more aparent.
having different dates stated by different peoples is only going to lead to confusion and eventualy people getting frustrated and then annoyed.
its totaly un-nessasary TOTALY......
so why does it continue ?
as the playerbase involved with this game, do we not deserve to be informed first of information like this ?
rather than having to read info (which may or may not be incorrect) off some third party website.

So far what we do know is that Shiva is undergoing a 'private' test. Which means that more or less it is done, if not in whole then at least in major parts. I would say that May 25 might be too short of a timeline to test an entire new patch but I don't think it will take up until Q3 2004. This is just personal opinion though, who knows how long they plan to test it. For one I'd prefer a more complete content patch vs. a quick but poor launch.
As in regards to 'different dates', the only one that was really stated was in the E3 report, but I think that was a tentative date that was conservatively set in case something unpredictable happens. As for the other dates people are stating, unless they're backed up with physical evidence, take them with a grain of salt.
