So whats up with that corp in the caldari militia. From what I understand Boromor started it to help the militia, can anyone explian to me how thats going to help? 1 day old corp with 77 people in it, with a 15% tax rate??? Mainly 0.0 corps need tax rates that high. I also understand he gives isk to cover insurance to people that lost ships in his fleet ops, witch is fine but 15% tax rate is that really fair to the people that dont loose ships. Lets not forget the goodies you get to loot if your side has won witch will also cover lose's. Main thing here is I honestly think this is a way for him and his buddies to get rich quick. So big corps that hate the caldari militia, do me a favor and show them why its a bad idea to have that corp. Empyrean Age is here WAR is comeing :P |

Wow, your complaining about a corp tax rate. Your other in the corp and give a crap, or you know nothing about running a corp and are whining for no reason.
If you were a CEO you'd know that pretty much ALL CEO's don't ever make a DIME off their corp. Usually that isk goes to free ammo, free modules, free drones and discounted ships. If they formed 1 day ago and have 77 members they probably have someone who knows what their doing running it. Besides, their no in 0.0. They might run some missions or rat a little in that area but I doubt it'll be monumental amounts of isk for the corp wallet.
I really hope your not a corp member b*tching about his own corp through an alt, would be pretty sad.

Yup Bormor droning over and over again for you to fix your overview and stfu on EvE voice is just another get rich quick scheme. Your close Molder now keep searching the closet is out there.
For the record Boromor is an excellent Caldari FW FC. He might be new to posting on COAD but don't let that last locked post speak for him. He is far better at killing than talking.

Boromor is a great FC. The militia encouraged him to create a corporation in order for him to lead Caldari militia fighters more efficiently. He has promised to help the members learn more about PvP, and he'll be doing a lot more for them. Just shut up and go back to Villore or whatever little system of high-sec you camp in hoping for a new pilot straggler to wander in. You mind yourself, and your militia, and don't worry about Boromor.

15% Might be high but as you said, isk is handed out for issurance and ship loos when pll need them. And as for a corp that fights in faction the income of players is fairly low. A lot of pll in faction wars are getting there income from places outside of there character.
I get all my isk from my other character outside the corp and he pays 12.5% tax and thats fine. If you want a corp with lots of pll all doing faction wars for caldari and have a decent FC then you have to decide if you want to pay 15%. I think its worth it.

Boromor spends ISK like water on the peeps in his fleet. I think it was Jim Bridger who first compared him to a barbarian warrior-king, people fight under his banner for the glory and the victories and the occasional loot, but mostly because he takes care of us.
I am LOL at the idea that he might be trying to make ISK from the members of First Caldari Regiment. Collectively, I am confident we are costing him (and a few other fleet patrons) some serious ISK.

Ok now im going to LOL at you. Please tell me the benefits of being in the corp rather then the militia. Ohh wait I might know... Is it more control (everyone likes to be controlled) and organizing. Please.... everyone x's up the same. Not only that but the people that liked him and joined his corp would listen to him no different if they was in the militia. Besides he now opened you guys to corps that are bigger then you to war decs. Hope he can fund you all of ships when you cant mission anymore because of war targets in your home space. |

You guys just dont see, shore he can hand out isk from the 15% tax rate but cant he just put it at 0% and the isk you save from tax cover your own cost.

the list of what 15% tax does and can be used for goes on and on. 15% is also about the norm, its not much, seen higher and it does NOT go a long way when you consider what 15% of the usual high sec rat/mission payout is.
its also good to get players used to tax etc otherwise when/if they move out to 0.0 corps or empire wardec corps they will get a shock if they are not accustom to tax.
theres a LOT more work involved in running a corp that you can obvisouly imagine.
LOL this is great if poor ohh boromor cant pay the lil cost of offices and a one time fee for killboards or any other lil cost then he needs to stop handing out all that isk. I do know what that stuff cost. The only thing that "really" cost much for a corp is pos's and fueling and corp bpos and what not. Now I get to sit back and watch all the bad reasons of starting that corp fall into effect.
