Hey Guys,
just want to compare notes with some of you.
Been doing a number of Hacking/Salvaging Exploration sites and I observed that there is always one can/site which takes extremely long to hack/salvage/analyze and it always turns up empty.
Do you guys observe this too? Or is my Hacking/Arch skill too low at level 3?
The day that EVE is truly bug-free, the EVE Gate will probably go super nova and kill us all. |

Yea, I had it too, tho only once, the databank can (the most valuable hacking can in base 1/2) was empty in a base 1, pretty much taking away half the profit I would have normally got :/ . I think its a bug, and I have hacking III aswell, and that should be enough, else you would get a message saying "the xxxxxxxxx(name of can) is too difficult to hack for you" and it wouldnt even open to show an empty window. And I also want to note that the site had different sentries and rats when I entered so it was impossible to take from the cans ("You cannot take from xxxxxxxx while its being guarded").

Every once in a while I'll get something out of every can, but normally there is at least one can that is empty.

I find a lot of sites contain empty cans - it's really frustrating!
Having said that, I've had some sites that've had something in every can (had one last night), and I've never noticed a difference in the time it takes to analyse a can when it's empty. I guess it's just bad luck really rubbing it in.
