Can someone please tell me how long it takes to manufacture a jump freighter once you have all the components?

It depends on:
Facility (0.0 outpost or NPC station)
Implant (1/2/4% build speed implants)
BPC (best invented is +1 PE, worst is -4)
Anywhere from 2-4 weeks basically.

With 9 T2 component BPOs you can build the T2 components required in about 3.5 days too.

In general terms (if you're efficient, boosted or assisted it can be quicker)....
Then building a Jump Freighter from scratch is effectively a 6 week process:
2 Weeks to build the Parts for a Freighter
2 weeks to build the Freighter and the T2 Construction Components for the Jump Freighter
final 2 weeks to build the Jump Freighter.
If you buy the Freighters and the components it's 16 days exactly to build the JF itself (one in the oven just now!)

True not many who can use a 0.0 outpost but a PE1 BPC isn't so hard to make, and the 1/2/4% build speed implants aren't that hard to come across.
Also you need 7 T2 capital components to build, but the armor plates you need a few more of and the reactors take longer, so if you buy 2 of those BPOs you can build the components in about 3.5 days.
So if you buy the freighter you can do the whole process end to end in less than 20 days (in highsec). Granted longer if you build the freighter, but you can usually assume that if you're building freighters you're doing those repeatedly anyway. And the profitability shouldn't be an issue even if you buy the freighter if it is you're building the wrong thing.
