Our goals are simple, and guide every leadership decision. Build a Strong Team Support the State Expand our Influence The Arsenal is, at heart, a military organization due to the roots of its founding members. However, industrialists and scientists form our economic team's core, and find it a comfortable home here. We are a family, first and foremost, and we treat our team with respect due to their contributions and efforts. Younger pilots are just as valuable as our veterans, and can many times be placed into positions of responsibility if they exhibit strong leadership skills. We take care of our own in the Arsenal.
