I am sure it is just me being DUMB but i dont seem to be able to make
a BPC from original, What skills do i need to do this for a BS copy.
Any help would be jo;;y good old chaps

You are:
1) In a station that has copy services
2) Sure you have a BPO and not a BPC already
3) Selecing the correct option from the actions list
Right?

Ok did all that in the station but got no slot shown like you do when i try to make a ship.
Dose that just mean that the station has not slots for making a BPC but some for making a ship?

As far as I'm aware no general skill other than the ones listed on the specific BPO you are trying to copy. What ever skill allows you to do that first slot of ME or PE research is enough to enable you to use a copy slot.
Now finding a usable copy slot that's not gummed up for 3 weeks? That's why my corp is a hi-sec POS capable corp :)

ah yep. that would be it - research slots are not the same as manufacturing slots. Most stations have one or the other, not usually both. When you try to put the job in, select "region" from the drop down instead of "at blueprint's location" and even though you won't be able to start the job you'll at least see what stations have the capability to do it. Then it's just a matter of flying the bpo to that station.

Ok we have a POS as well but all i get is this message, Any idears?
"The item you are attempting to install must be either in a station or on the floor of the structure. It may not be in a container."
I put it in the hold of all items in POS and left it in station but no go so far
And no it was not in a container.

What BPO are you trying to copy?
Some BPO's require materials in order to copy them.

By this did you mean put it in the Mobile Laboratory or put it in the Corporate Hangar Array?
The BPO needs to be in either a corp hanger in a station in that system or directly in the Mobile Laboratory. Not in the Corporate Hangar Array or your personal hanger.

In the Mobile Lab i get this message
"The item you are attempting to install must be either in a station or on the floor of the structure. It may not be in a container"
But in the station trying to use the POS Lab i get this message
"You are 0 jumps away from this installation and you lack the required skill to remotely manage your Science & Industry jobs"
So di i need skills to do either one?
Any help would be great

The bolded line indicates that you need the Scientific Networking skill. Which is common for running jobs at a starbase. Make sure the BPO isn't in a can. It needs to be in the hanger.

For the latter, you need Scientific Networking level 1.
For the former... no idea. The BPO is not inside any container, right?
