Fang is actually doing fine, and nothing bad internally has been happening, odhinn's just being a little childish over being kicked out for his antic's. The list could go on with all complaints but really its over someone lock this thread.

sometimes I forget that people like you and your alliance exist. A council. ceremonial position. Tbh i find it laughable. To expect a person with absolute power not to use it shows questionable judgement. To give that power to someone who doesn't live in whatever world of fluffy democracy you try to create shows unquestionable stupidity. In either case I suppose its not your fault, its just the way in which you wanna run the alliance.

I hope you guys sort out any issues you have. Always liked flying with you guys and I can say that for my corp also.
A council format doesnt really work tbh, better to have a small group of officers that help the CEO/Top guy run the show like advisors, when it gets to voting etc etc it generally ends up in disaster.

TBH Odhinn, FANG was was never run by a "council". There is the alliance Exec (eldiablorojo) his ***** (Skyraiderr) then other people appointed to do other things like production manangers, logistics manangers etc, etc.
The meetings with all of the CEO's and manangers involved were basicly held to make sure everything ran smoothly and everyone was on the same page (which rarely happened) not to vote on everything. In the end the exec always had the final say.
Eldiablo as an exec is doing a fine job with what he has at the moment and i hope fang grows and becomes strong again. Theres still alot of good people there. Not to mention hes the CEO of the oldest Corp in eve.
My biggest issue with FANG was that there were always too many small corps with there own agendas and yours odhinn was one of them. A corp with 3 active members shouldent have any say in alliance policys and they didnt, you cried about it and got kicked end of story.

FANG doesn't really belong to anyone who's currently in it. It was originally a creation of two corps ( Wolf Pack 5 & OGER). We made the mistake of allowing in other corps and giving them an equal voice, in something they had no effort in making. This lead to us spending a couple months in providence in crap space getting hit by gangs of AAA. WP5 members had enough of this hippy power sharing and quit, while OGER split with active players coming with WP5 and inactive staying in FANG. We should have disbanded the alliance, since it was our money, art, etc, but we didn't. Honestly, FANG is so embarrassing now that we regularly wardec them because of what they have done with it.

We were in FANG alliance once. They decided to boot us without actually telling us. Aparrently they didn't like my corps recruitment policy but never actually talked to us about it. Thanks FANG. Hope you decide to die quietly and without fuss.
