Ok, this is just a fun idea but honestly ive gotten so annoyed ive considered it at times. OK HERE GOES!
For our forums, unless its a noob help forum, players should have to take a test regarding EvE knowledge and understanding of game mechanics 
All these stupid flames, trolls, nerf this and their is nothing wrong with this going on in our forums is utterly mindboggling and has gotten me annoyed to the point where i wish i knew the address of the poster.
The forums are littered with idiots, flamers, trollers, dumb kids, dumb old farts, and just people who think they know something but know absolutely nothing of EvE and how things work. Everybody that visits the forums leaves with at least 1 or 2 IQ points left behind, and a confused and angry mind.
So anybody wishing to post on our forums unless its to ask a question in a designated area should have to take a test to make sure we arent reading absolute garbage.
P.S. Caldari arent allowed to visit the forums

If you mean the real address in real world then you should quit online games. If you cannot handle games take my advice and please seek help. Seems like you fall to the same categories you said in your post.
If you mean ingame address (system), please use the agent services in game.
