I always say, the game has too many 'time sinks'.
- Remove highways (to resurrect the local markets) - recreate the low sec border systems between empires (to add some danger to inter-empire trading) - add the above mentioned feature to autopilot (to make the life of the afk traveller easier) - add 10 second delay to it, and a skill that decreases the delay by 15% every level (rank 4, prequiste: navigation lvl5) (to make it depend on how skilled you are)
Thats about it.
Love ur ideas m8

Can we add a feature that auto jettisons my ore into a secure can every 60 seconds too?
I hate trying to play the game when it makes me press buttons and actually sit there and watch the screen.
Nice one. I do agree, sometimes these idea posts end up being complains on having to push buttons.

In his defense, Traveling does make money. Wiether moving High end minerals cross binary space. Or selling robotics. It costs isk to move items if u dont want to do it yourself.

I oppose any type of speeding up travel time. For the simple effect it would have on regional economies.

With the highway systems, there is no such thing as "Regional Economies". Further more, if this idea was in place, it doesnt mean that people will ship more goods to different places, this idea has no bearing on economics. The people who ship goods will ship goods regardless, it is extremely unlikely others would start because of the change, why would they? They wouldnt have any advantages over the existing traders and haulers.
Stating that, I vote we kill Highway systems. For the simple effect it doesnt give us regional economies.
