As I sit in my hanger staring at the ass end of my Raven I notice that it slightly rocks from side to side. Then something odd struck me. Being an older Minmitar ( dont ask why I own a Raven, I just collect ships ) I suddenly remember a flashback to my first Rifter. Now that thing rocked side to side as if it was a sea faring vessel in a force 9. These days it doesnt. Was that a bug or is it someting to do with Minmitar duct tape improvements? Oh, and anyone noticed anything else a little 'quirky'?

See, that's why I always preferred my trusty old CRT monitor. LCDs always seemed a little dodgy to me.

Maybe it was something wrong with your Raven setup. What raven setup were you using?

I take offense. I find that I'm very successful in this game and I don't think that other to log in and change a skill here and there I have every played while not under the influence of Space Cabbage. I mean seriously it must be legal I don't see any laws prohibiting ********* on the space lanes. Fly High I always say.

Just noticed I accidentally derailed this thread. I apologize. Perhaps your ship has not been modified at all but they changed something in the station? Pressure modifiers. Grav pumps? who knows. Maybe the strange rocking you experienced was due to some kids checking out your O2 manifolds and you weren't paying attention? I'm really not sure, all I know is that you better shower before getting in one of our glorious Caldari vessels. You Minmatarians have showering facilities right?

Ha ha ha, I'm not drunk nor been on any space weed. The RMR version of Eve had the docked Rifter and a few other minnie ships 'rocking' whilst docked. Confused the hell out of me when I first joined. Now I REALLY wish someone else saw this.

It depends on your settings and which client your useing, for some reason the rifter (and some other ships) will rock from side to side if you have the station enviroment turned all the way on with the "classic client", I think they turned it down somewhat because it was kind of silly.
however when Im in a fleet, I jump through and get laged out for a bit,and the leader gangwarps to another location, my rifter will do an abrupt barrel roll when the lagburst clears, kind of neet

Yes, most ships (if not all) do "rock" while docked. I always took it as the ship being "anchored" to its pad by some tractor beam or something.

I used to just watch the rifter rock back and forth, but havent done it recently being in nullsec
