There was a large blob of 16 Corp 1 battleships spooted in great wildlands last night with "CA trial member attached"
Personally i have no idea why pirate corps wish to join the largest and probably strongest alliance in the game. U will have reduced the number of potential targets u can fire upon. There arent many pirate corps that arent part of the CA or have been at some time. M0o ( former CA), cow , asdf, Forsaken Empire, SIM, PLD, and now corp1 . It is more fun to fight against curse than to fight with them in large blobs.
I guess that all pirates eventually get bored killing carebears and random punters and wish to part of the eve geo-political scene. In this sense I suppose CA is the logical alliance for pirates to join. PVP in EVE needs to have goals to remain interesting and that is why i still play EVE a lot.
EDIT i hope the poster isnt a CELES alt grrr....
EDIT 2 Celest are far from in control of curse ( we havent realy set foot in curse to be honest mostly we are in GWS) We have had our moments but the battle for the GWs rages on

I find it surprising I have to admit. I'm guessing Corp1 have destroyed many CA ships and now they are a part of it... I suppose it's all about muscle at this stage of the game though 
From my perspective Celes don't 'control' the GW, but then I know the CA don't either

Don't know and don't care. I would say that is a logical step for a military corporations since Shiva isn't far away and will bring with it real territory conquest that personaly I would give up pirating to take part in.

Oops, you are right. It's GW that I see so many Celest. Apoc. members in.
I'm so used to passing through E02 and seeing CA there that I've begun to think of that as Curse.
I passed by that big fleet of Corp 1 guys in BVIP last night and noticed the tag too.
It's nice to see Celest. Apoc. in control of E02. I'm amazed that those ark belts still have anything in them though.
No, I'm not a Celest. Apoc. alt.
I'm just an interested spectator. My main is not affiliated with any alliance.

The ark belts seem to still be there, and EVERYONE is welcome to come mining in GW. If you arnt in a CA corp and wish to mine in the systems around e02, celes will not harm you... we wont protect u... but u should be able to mine without any trouble.... hehe.

C4W3 has always been a personal friend of Crice, like most ebil pirates in eve. Corp 1 in not a CA member but a friend, of crice therefore a friend of CA and C4.

First of all there is no Ark in E02 Second the only Celest that ive seen that actually fights in the GW is Fedikan Naib and a few of his crew. They come, somebody says oh there is celest in E02 again, People on TS groan, "God, anybody want to go up there and run them out again?" more groans, "Yea, but there just going to log again" an hour later there are enough bored people on CA TS to go up to E02. Celest logs off or runs up to bvip again, claims they were outnumbered or some other lame excuse. CA pilots get bored go back to HLW.
Perhaps you guys would like to come down to HLW well give you a nice warm welcome. I would love to fight Celes in a real fleet battle to test thier metal. Zombie and Col had the balls, do you?

There's loads of Ark in close vicinity to E02 and MM though.
Also Fed is one of our most active US pilots, so I'm guessing you fly in that timezone aswell? Celes are mostly a GMT corp so maybe that's why you don't see many of us.
I've never seen you around the GW, and maybe 1 or 2 votf have passed through in the last 2 weeks, but I wouldn't come beating my chest on the forums because of the fact.
I have alot of respect for the CA regulars that hang around the GW, there's been very little smack in local and I have seen people fight outnumbered on both sides. That's the way most wars go as I'm sure you are aware, very rarely do you get to fight with even numbers.
It's a shame when people such as yourself tarnish the rightful respect some CA pilots have earned when you havn't even really been involved.

when you log of every time we get withinn 3 jumps of e02 you wont see many votf, that doesent mean we dont go there.

hehe, iv lived in e02 for the last few weeks, iv had LOTS of fair fights with CA, many 1v1s, i have won them ALL with your ships warping out damaged. and a few 1v2s which were fun also... ur guys have wanted fair fights, i have agreed, undocked, only for 4 BS to be waiting for me. ask around in your CA channel, ask if darth solo or his corp mates fight?.
1v1s will only now happen when i decide, i have more than proven myself to u in the last few weeks...
We hold E02, everyone knows it, but we will be moving out soon, as action has dried up, and we are getting bored, :(...
No1 said their is ark in e02, its 4 jumps away..
we live in your alliance territory, its your job to kick us out, every day we are there is a victory..

As for hate ATUK not really. If I remember rightly it was your attacks on us in the forums (we could not post a thing without one of your ninja forum warriors jumping in) and your smack in local that set up the real bad feeling.

I have alot of respect for the CA regulars that hang around the GW, there's been very little smack in local and I have seen people fight outnumbered on both sides. That's the way most wars go as I'm sure you are aware, very rarely do you get to fight with even numbers.
It's a shame when people such as yourself tarnish the rightful respect some CA pilots have earned when you havn't even really been involved.
Here we go, I play in both the UK and US timezones, every single time that we have gotten a force up in the last five days to go up to E02 you guys log off or run away. Yes sometimes we bring superior firepower sure, everyones eager to fight. Ive seen three celest bs's go down this week, and yes I was there. The reason you don't see a whole lot of Votf up there is we like to fight, and we dont like to sit there listening to whining about how you were outnumbered so thats why you ran away. We have better things to do then attempt to fight a single corp like Celes, once again trying so desperatly to make a name for themselves.

I'm so used to passing through E02 and seeing CA there that I've begun to think of that as Curse.
I passed by that big fleet of Corp 1 guys in BVIP last night and noticed the tag too.
It's nice to see Celest. Apoc. in control of E02. I'm amazed that those ark belts still have anything in them though.

Mate I must be on the KOS list fo quite a few peeps as we seem to be at war with CA and to be honest its really meaningless. Unless we are at war then you cant hunt me down like the dog I am in empire and if we meet in 0.0 im assuming we''ll just start shooting each other anyway. I look forward to it.

To be fair, for the past 2/3 weeks we've dominated the EO2 area... thats in my eyes mind, and I could be biased???
I've died a fair few times, but I've seem some good battles that we've won and lost. What ****es me off is the inability of some peeps to actually say 'well done' to an attacking team! :/
