Basically, I've been running missions/working the market/saving up for the bigger and better ship in highsec off and on for the last three months. Now I'm getting a bit tired of grinding, and want to get involved into the politics and experiences of 0.0.
So what I'm looking for is...
-A 0.0 corp, preferably belonging to an alliance.
-Helpful people that will answer any questions I have about this new side of EVE.
-An understanding that my life comes first come August (I am a teacher on summer break ATM.)
Basically, I've always seen 0.0 at the next step of my journey through EVE, so I'm looking for a corp who can help me get involved in there.
I can currently fly up to battleships, and have 2.5 mil skill points. Mining's not exactly my thing, but I'm pretty versed in PvP and PvE.

Intrepid Crossing Alliance [IRC] is a PvP alliance based in the Etherium Reach region of 0.0. We have over a thousand members in timezones around the world, so there are always people online. Progenitor Corporation [PRCP] is our Empire-based recruiting and training corp. We take in pilots, train them for 0.0, and send them down to Etherium Reach when they are ready. If you want to learn the PvP side of EVE, we may be just what you are looking for. We are currently expanding our territory into the Oasa and Kalevala Expanse regions, so there are plenty of roaming gangs, cap fleet fights, and POS warefare. We use Ventrilo for voice communication. I am co-chair of a small corp in 0.0 space. We are part of a large alliance and very active in PvP, ratting and industry. We're in the Great Wildlands and there is plenty of action out. We've got 2 pos's and plenty of opportunity to grow. I can speak from experience when I say that OGI is a great place to develop and thrive. I joined with 1m SP a ways back and I am still here. We are laid back and like to have a good time, and we understand that real life comes first. There are no minimum hours here or any of that. We offer training, financial support, and a great environment to develop. We are not pirates and don't talk smack, but we are not pushovers, either.

We do recommend that you have at least 5mill skill points as we are most likely moving to 0.0; some newer players may be vulnerable in this environment.
We are currently in the process of reorganizing, and searching for a new home. For this we need to boost out numbers.

Elitism (including the perception that PvP is the only important career in EVE)

I am about to rejoin my alliance into 0.0 politics again and need some more people. I am going to take Sov in a drone region and will need more people with me other than my allies.
