Welcome to the 4th Celeste Lottery!
There are 27 tickets; each ticket will go for 10 million ISK, and one may buy up to 3 tickets. The person who buys the ticket with the California Super Lotto Plus mega number will win the 1st prize of 150 million ISK, while the person who buys the ticket with the first number in the lotto number sequence will receive the 2nd prize of 70 million ISK.
The 3rd prize is 30 million ISK, and it will usually be the second number in the lotto number sequence. If this number, however, is higher than 27, it will be divided by 2, and rounded UP if it is a 'something-and-a-half' number.
Example:
11 û 20 û 27 û 30 û 44 û 13 (mega number)
#13 receives the 1st prize, #11 receives the 2nd prize, and # 20 receives the 3rd prize
or...
13 û 31 û 35 û 41 û 44 û 13 (mega number)
#13 receives the 1st prize, #13 receives the 2nd prize, and # 16 (31/2 rounded up) receives the 3rd prize
The winning numbers will be announced on Wednesday the 2nd at 7:57PM PST at
http://www.calottery.com/Games/SuperLottoPlus/. In case not all tickets are sold by then, the Saturday numbers will be used.
Please send the ISK to 'Elaine Celeste' and add the number(s) you want in the 'reason' field. Additionally, you must post here or send me an eve-mail to confirm your number(s).

FAQ:
Q. ôYouÆre probably a scammer! YouÆre going to take my hard-earned ISK and spend it all on exotic dancers and Quafe!
A. Nobody is forcing you to trust me. The 1st lottery ran very smoothly, and I assure you that ruining my reputation over any amount of ISK is not worth it. Either trust me or don't:)
Q. ôYour lottery is most likely fixed so your alts or friends can win!ö
A. I do not pick the number, so there is no way this lottery can be fixed. Oh, and I donÆt have any friends:(
Q. "Why do you keep confirming/posting numbers picked by people?"
A. I simply wish to confirm peoples' numbers so nobody edits their posts after the draw, and I encourage people to quote my confirmation if they wish to.
Q. "Can I reserve a number and pay later?"
A. Absolutely, but numbers cannot be reserved for more than 12 hours, so please do transfer the ISK as soon as possible.
Q. "What happens if you don't sell all the tickets by the draw date?"
A. The lottery will be moved to the next draw. Official numbers are always posted on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Q. "Why don't you organize bigger lotteries with larger prizes and perhaps cheaper tickets?"
A. To be honest, I'm not very fond of big lotteries, even if they are perhaps more accessible to people due to lower ticket prices. Why? Because your chance of winning starts going down the gutter as soon as too many people participate. We'd all love to win the billions up for grabs in one of the bigger lotteries, but the fact is that winning one of those is almost as unlikely as winning a RL lottery.
