I'm going on this noob invasion of 0.0 tonight and i was wondering if anyone can help me with a good Frig i can buy for the flight and a good set up for it, I can Fly Caldari and Gallente frigs and of course MWD

How about a kestrel, 1mn mwd, 4 std. launchers wirth light/heavies/cruise/defenders, power cap relays to boost your cap for the MWD, and possibly bring a webber or scrambler as well.
You could also take a look at the myriad of other frigates out there and go for one of them :)

Yes I was thinking about a Kes' cos i have one lovely little missile boat.
But is there anything quicker? I'm thinking that speed to warp and to the gates is going to be most important.
No cruise skills yet :(
I'm going to carry FOF, but is there any point in carry Warp Scammblers or Webbies, when all i plan to do is run... gate to gate?
a fighting chances in a bust up would be nice... but surely speed is better?
please any ideas?

I'll be there in meh kestrel, fighting? whats that? i'll be packing bog standard smart bombs to eliminate missiles and being right in front, hope to get blown up first ; )
