i've downloaded it from here, since the client didn't give me the option to update
(I had the last optional patch installed)

Yes, I logged in and got the option to remove that last (incompatible) optional patch but then nothing about installing the new patch. So I could not log into the game. Then I downloaded (the tiny) patches from your links and it worked perfectly! Thanks!

Patched just fine from the log in screen unfortunately - now I have 4 corrupted files.
Looks like another full install and 2 hours wasted fixing my settings and bookmarks once again.
Of course the download pages need to be accessible for that - and they are not at the moment
This is getting really annoying every time a patch is available - seems like every time something is "improved" it gets worse.

Tried to reinstall patch over top, says that I am already patched.

After reading a few threads about todays patch deployment, it seems a lot of people are having a lot of problems. Sorry to hear that cause it worked right the first time for me. Good job from my end CCP. 
Didnt realize I was posting under my wifes toon. Lol!
