Due to a cooling issue, the test servers (Chaos, Entropy) and some internal servers are going to be down. Once the cooling issue has been resolved, the servers will be returned to service.
Apologies to those that can't get their testing fix today.

Hmm, aircon issues post several recent upgrades and addition of new hardware. I trust when the upgrades were carried out the BTU's of the additional units were factored in and the aircon checked to see if it was up to the extra load.
No offence but this would be a silly oversight, and rather than speculate I would like to offer you a complete free assessment on your server room, and DR strategy etc, even full pentest if you like. Why, well I can and have done this before for many companies from banks to FTSE 100's(albeit getting paid nicely) but by doing this I would least know you have a sound setup that wont fail so often as it does and as such reduce my stress levels and make for a better gaming experience for all.

PS I'm very familiar with the colo you are using, hence my concerns and why I'm offering free assistance in preventing these kinds of issues. Yes, the test servers are located in CCP HQ in Iceland. The servers for Tranquility, the forums and content pages like EVE Insider are located in London.
