Music was excellent, footage was excellent, yellow text at the top of the screen that wouldn't go away was awful.
4/5 only because of distracting yellow text that wouldn't-go-away-gaaaaaaaah.

It was quite good, although not the best, to be honest.
First thing is that text. Ugh. Apart from the fact that it's bright yellow, it just seemed really cheesy. I think it would have been better to not have it involved. And the text at the top of the screen, also in that terrible yellow, was a silly idea. It makes it look like a watermark from a terrible company or something. It was also distracting. The recruitment text should have been left till the end, really, allowing people to concentrate on your footage during the rest of it.
The footage itself was pretty nice, although I think there was at least one occasion when you used a clip twice. The camera work was decent, the graphics were good, etc. However, I think we've been a bit spoiled with these types of videos, and it didn't quite have that "wow" factor that some of the more recent releases have had. Perhaps the use of After Effects helps them there, but I think you can get away without it. One main point to consider is the timing of clips being done to work with the beat of the music, and that kind of thing. It's done a lot, but there is a reason for that. If you did try to do that, then I didn't notice, which either means it was done really, really well, or that it wasn't done well enough.
Music was decent, not a whole lot extra to say about it really.
Overall I'd probably give it a good 7/10.
