I have them loaded with a targeting range script. What am I missing?

Optimal with Spike L and max skills up to 176km (30km falloff, so half-decent damage up to 191km), lock range with all SB-II loaded with lock range scripts and max skills 148 km, almost 168km with L5 info warfare commander. Meh towards almost decent. 3. Sensor resolution 65mm with above. Yuck. 4. 351 DPS at max-skills with Spike L. Meh. 5. Supposedly caps out in 7 minutes with all but RR on, caps out in about 5 minutes with only repper on. Meh towards bleah, but could be worse. 6. 43k ish EHP. Lulz ensued. Remove WCS, fit DC-II, tada, almost 63k EHP. Also, you can now switch to one sensor ranage, one sensor resolution and leave one sensor boosted without a script for 182 km lock range and almost 240mm resolution at max-skills and no commander, or bit over 201km with the commander (basically up to optimal+falloff). At absurdly high skills (or with a small PG implant) you could actually get away with this: [Megathron, Lame sniperthron rework] Tracking Enhancer II Tracking Enhancer II Magnetic Field Stabilizer II Magnetic Field Stabilizer II Magnetic Field Stabilizer II Damage Control II 1600mm Reinforced Rolled Tungsten Plates I Sensor Booster II, Targeting Range Sensor Booster II, Targeting Speed Sensor Booster II Tracking Computer II 425mm Railgun II, Spike L 425mm Railgun II, Spike L 425mm Railgun II, Spike L 425mm Railgun II, Spike L 425mm Railgun II, Spike L 425mm Railgun II, Spike L 425mm Railgun II, Spike L Large Remote Armor Repair System I Hybrid Locus Coordinator I Hybrid Discharge Elutriation I [empty rig slot] Rigs are cheap as heck (about 9-10 mil both total or thereabouts). Gives you 202 km optimal and cap-out in 10 instead of 7 minutes at max skills (supposedly). _ SUPPORT or CRITICIZE the issue of mineral and moon material balance !
