syndicate? man, that place has more people per system in it than high sec solitude.
still, if you're looking for pvp build a 30 person blob and start camping an entrance gate. you'll get in a fight in moments.

ahhh syndicate... an almost totally worthless place, aside from a constellation that has a huge bottle neck and is usually dominated by one major alliance, dunno who it is now but back when i was in syndicate it was goons.
Outer ring is about the same bout 3 or 4 systems actually worth anything
