That comprises 98% *Made up statistic* percent of the internet. 12 terabytes of data... yikes. And they wanted Youtube's source code too, that's dumb.

i dont know how they plan to use the user data, 95% of youtube users dont view the videos while logged in and with just IPs if they wanted to claim viewing was illegal(which it isnt), they would have to go to each and every ISP.

What'd you think Viacom will do with said source code? Make their own Youtube once the original gets killed off by legal crap.
Then again, if they did that, it'll be internet and publicity suicide. Pretty much guarantee 75% of the internet will be DDoSin' them till the Stone Age. -
