I have been trying for two and a half days now to make a payment via the website for one of my other accounts for a new subscription but every time I try no mater what credit card i try it does not process the payment.
I submitted a petition for this on July 1st in the morning and have added a new message to this petition on July 2nd and the 3rd requesting a response but as of now (see time of post) some considerable time later I have still not had a reply to this petition and am still unable to make a payment.
I have checked the website and forums but there is no reference to this (unless I have missed it).
I find this totally unacceptable to allow a petition for something as important as this to be outstanding for such a long period of time and trust a moderator can highlight this major issue to the relevant department in CCP as a matter of urgency.

I too have had this same issue today while attempting to create a full subscription on a trial account. I've tried both a MasterCard Credit Card and a Visa Debit Card and I get the same issue every time. I submitted a new petition an hour ago (nowhere near as long as Azounstone) but i'm yet to receive a reply, even something as simple as "we acknowledge this issue and are looking in to it".

as long as the petition is in the Billings area it should be got to as quick as possible -- BIG Lottery, BIG Deal, InEve, USERPROFILE

I did post it in the correct area however in the last few minutes I have had a mass mailing response saying they are aware of some accounts having issue in making payments.
I do feel that in excess of 48hrs for a response though is a little too long.
Anyway, hopefully they will find a solution to the issue and all will end well. Just a little frustrating that skills are not being learnt. _____________________________________________

I am also trying to upgrade a trial account to a full paying account.I sent a petition yesterday and today received a mass mailing response asking me to try again and then to send a step by step explanation of what I am doing if it doesn't work.It still isn't working.Well,in my first petition I already gave step by step info.So I sent a new message repeating everything I had already given. In the mass mailer it mentioned something about they had to do updates to their secure something or other and it created some issues.I have been trying to pay for this account for over a week now and have continuously received a Not Authorized screen.

I now have this issue with a trial account I am trying to convert into a full account.
Submitted a petition and low and behold another 48hrs has passed with not a single response from CCP.
What has happened to the customer service? _____________________________________________

As we enter the 4th day there is still no sign of this elusive thing more commonly known as customer support.
Seriously folks, to have taken this amount of time and still not responded makes NC Soft and SOE's customer service look good! _____________________________________________

What error are you recieving? I'm having trouble transfering a character I get ERROR not authorised.
My credit card company said there are no attempts to charge my card at all and no holds at all. They said if the information entered was incorrect, invalid or no funds available it will show an attempt but none are on record. Something isn't hitting VISA =/.

i too hadproblem took near 2 weeks no responce or apolagy and i pay 3 accounts and promote game on my wesite

Same problem here, suddenly my alt's account is cancelled and i can't login to website and check subscription. Funny enough they are both paid (main + alt) on same credit card and i sure haven't cancelled neither of them....
/me awaits answer on my petition
