Ok- Listen to the Live Dev Blog and hear the facts- they plan on boosting the black ops ships, and once they do- they will be very very expensive-
Up for sale in contracts right now is a Widow with rigs- Caldari Navy Cloaking Device (much less penalty vs the t2 junk) - Covert Jump portal generator - some fuel -
Want to move some BPO's to 0.0 and start researching and copying? use a covert cyno and jump from safe empire a cov ops ship or recon to a safe covert cyno field, and dock up and go to work.
want to sneak a recon group behind enemy lines? jump them in- as of now you need a fuel source , but once you have them in- your able to jump to them and work forward from there- and once the dev's promised boost takes effect- they will be a very powerful tactical ship in guerilla warfare:
search contracts for a widow- in isenairos , 700 mil - will negotiate- but will only go through contract system- im not capable of being scammed, so dont try.

and they talk about the boost to black ops- they came "pre-nerfed" and will give them boosts as they see needs arise

Yes, Rigs and some fuel for jumping...and covert jump bridge...
just look at the contract to verify I am telling the truth
it was the only widow on the market- now there is another, and it has les fittings and is 50 million more
get it fast!

almost done- in game offer for just below this price-
would take a Golem in trade-or good ol isk :)
Get it before the boost, or you will have to pay tons more for it!!!
