In one of the older chronicle threads Abraxas said, that they don't sign the artwork and if i remember correctly they don't sign the chronicles either. But I suppose it is either from Abraxas or TonyG.

this is gotta be my new favorite chronicle. good humour, good additions to the story line and well written.
That one section of dialogue you quoted actually made me laugh out loud. As my corp's biggest professional carebear, I am SO going to steal that line. :) "What do they refine into?"

Sure they can -- for a large shipping charge. I think the shipping is as much as the book itself.
The US Amazon site does list it, but there is some question over if it's actually in stock, last I checked, and it seems that the price is inflated due to them having to get it from the UK. Someone -- not sure if it was CCP or the publisher -- made a MAJOR blunder in not having the book released in the US when it was released elsewhere (I think there will be a US release in Augest, from what I saw on Amazon).

I've been the official chronicle writer for going on two years (all but two chrons from "The Greatest Joke" upwards are mine), so if you see something new it's usually fair to assume that I wrote it  This is changing a bit, though: The next chron is by Gnauton (as the awesome "Silent Furies" was), and he's got more stuff in the pipeline.

More about Jovians? I'll give you more about jovians: those creeps started the events from this chronicle.
After the first war there were a lot of loose ends: minmantar slaves and Caldari Prime. The Jovians knew it and you don't have to be a genious to forsee that there'll be another war on those issues. Right after that they brought capsule tech to the empires. This way they made sure the war will be fought in lowsec by capsuleers and not in hi-sec by the navies, for the reasons stated in this chronicle.
[I strongly suspect that the Jovians are working hand-in-hand with CCP to bring more population to low-sec...]
