This decoratively designed ship is a luxury in it's own class. The Magnate frigate has been the pet project of a small elite group of royal ship engineers for a decade. Over the long years of expensive research, the design process has gone through several stages, each setting a new standard in frigate design, with the Silver issue being one of the most recent issues of this line of masterworks. Special Ability: 5% bonus to Small Energy Turret capacitor use and Small Energy Turret damage per skill level.

hmm - what about 10 mill. i¦m sure it¦s not worth that much, but it has an idealistic value which i would take into account with 5 mill.  |

seeing as the *gold* magnate was bought for 1 billion, i doubt the silver version would be worth as much. 750 million maybe.

Lol, the Gold was blown up in combat against m0o, several of the 19 Silver Magnates have also been lost over the last few months.
Make no mistake , this ship is strictly for the superich to show off in.
Its distinctive shape and awsome statistics make it a powerful status symbol, One which results in convos from random people who see it passing and gasps of awe in local.
Is it worth 1 billion isk?
That depends how big your ego is. :)
