Wiew of the fight from our sight :
This evening Section XIII needed to do some logistic travel (4 Freighters) throught greatwildland. We are quickly spotted by Foundation and our scouts report in 2 or 3 gangs around khabi ready to trap us on our way back (total is about 50 peeps with 30 BS). In our side we are 20 SXIII and finnaly 40 recon/Has in our gang by joining another TCF gang and the 4 freighters. We know than FDN want to trap us so we have a spare of 6 cariers ready to jump in.
On our way back, 4 freighters jump in khaby and log off (0.2 sec status) from Ubtes, Foundation gangs which were around rush that gate to try to get those juicy target and get one freighter to hull.
Our gang engage FDN ,and we call our 6 carriers to jump. In fact Foundation was ready to jump his caps too and about 8 caps jump to the fight. We call reinforcement on alliance and i guess Foundation do it too : a maximum of 13 foundation's caps is on the field quickly and at the begining we are outgunned and out numbered. We quiclky lost 3 caps without being abble to breach the FDN spider remote, at that time 2 dreads FDN are hurting us baddly.
Our reinforcement arrive after a while and we field about 25 carriers and 2 Dreads, 2 dreads FDN are primaried and are finally down, it's the chocke point of the battle : ennemies can't hurt us anymore, 11 cariers foundation are at that time still on field : we kill 6 of them and 5 escape (we missed support !).
Finals count :
We engaged 83 peeps against 67 Foundation
We lost 3 cariers, 0 BS / FDN lost 2 Dreads, 6 cariers, 12 BS
We looted.
That was a great fight and a blast during more than hours, absolutely no smack from both side. Lag was not so huge (i got myself something like 3/4 minutes maximum of lag)
Kudos to FDN to bring it, any report from your side ?

As one of those dreads that went down - darn good fight guys! It was quite the slideshow for me! In the end, I think my death kill mail had 20+ carriers listed on it. There was quite a while there that primaries were being called that I didn't even have listed in local. :(
Did any one tally how many cynos were dropped during that engagement? Must have been at least 8.
Edit: Just checked - 16 carriers. Man, we left a cyno ship going for 3 cycles! :( I even got on a couple of killmails due to my drones auto aggroing people I didn't have targeted.

About Cyno we have one running at least 3/4 cycles, and we needed to set a cyno at a mid point too for our 2 Dreads.

Good fight. Just managed to survive the whole battle.
Lag varied from 15s to 3 minutes through the whole battle.

Yup, that was an awesome fight!
Lag was on and off, it started and ended with a lot of module lag, but at some point in the middle of the fight I had no module activation lag at all. Very strange.
Looking forward to the next few days in GW...

@Fantome: signed, good report and you hit the point.
Was a realy nice fight except that if local wents up over 100+ more and more FDN called bad lag. But thats not the point the battle was going bad for us.
Nice fight, brave pilots and maybe we are able to sort out our diffrences.... ;-)

The battle report is a good one. We had the upperhand early on and when tcf's triage carrier went down things were looking up. we ran into trouble once tcf mustered its full force and killed our first dreadnought and then our second. We no longer had the damage necessary to kill any of the carriers. Drones were useless due to all the smartbombs and our battleship gang was greatly diminished after nearly an hour of fighting. GF to TCF.

Hands down was a great fight. Great job by both sides. Zero smack/good sportsmanship...the way pvp should be. Props to my guys(FDN) for standing so long and I look forward to the next fight!
