they just want to test their resurrection spell before they use it,
wouldn't want each of the parts to, yet again, dissolve into

Don't you remember when the news of Baniya's ship malfunction hit, everyone immediately assummed it meant CCP was delaying things and breaking promises. Turned out thats EXACTLY what was supposed to happen. This is probably an interm news post to keep interest while giving players time to gather 1000 units of Jovian.
People are way to damn hard on CCP.
