So, having a chat with some very low sec pirates who were camping the Nonni gate in Aunenen tonight I understand that Concord will not enter 0.4 sec space and below, is this correct and was this the intended way for them to work?
I would have expected Concord to send out a strike force against those who are podding people in their droves at the very least but from what I can understand thay have no interest in anything below 0.5 space, which makes 0.4 - 0.1 a joke quite frankly as far as I can tell.

Concord wont go into 0.4 sec and below becuase they are scared of the roving gangs of rabid space wombles. Wusses.

My view: Once upon a time mankind arrived through a vortex in space-time blablabla and settled down on a few select systems. Those systems became the core settlements of a future empire/republic/federation/state. The peoples of these nations expanded and so did criminality. Over the course of time CONCORD was founded and of course, they had limited resources and thus they were assigned to protect the most important of these systems, the head of state etc etc.
This is why some systems simply had to be left to their own with nothing but point defense systems such as sentry guns for defense of state property, stations gates etc.
0.5< systems and above are regarded as important inhabitable systems whereas 0.4< and below has less priority in the eyes of CONCORD, again, they have to use their fleets where the level of security cannot be negliged. Thus the absence of CONCORD patrols in 0.4 and below. It's no mans land and those who dare venture there do it at their own risk. My 2 cents.

quite frankly concord not going in 0.4 and below is only a joke if ur an idiot who cant fight or run away from pirates.
0.4 and below has better roids and better NPC's ull av to take the risk of being ganked. Tho gates in 0.4 - 0.1 shouldnt be camped due to sentry guns. If they are petition and the gankers will get a big slap.

Petitioning gets you no-where.
Apparently they are allowed to camp gates and the pirates actually tell you petitioning will do you no good.
Even tho some of the gankers were sat 2-3km from the gate.

So almost back to the topic. Resbroko (sp) had some gate campers but my log didn't pick up who was damaging me. Confusingly enough as soon as I materialized I had 0 capacitor and I sat there taking damage and thinking what the heck... but at no time did my log say I was being damaged nor say so and so was damaging me. I took 1/3 armor damage before I warped out. Thought it odd but at the time I thought I shouldn't be taking things to peeps out there who asked me nicely to deliver, because there security level was too low. :)
thoughts why my log didnt show who was hitting me?

You probably had no cap because it was drained to prevent you from mwding away.
If there was alot of people there, it might have been log lag. In the past ive gotten messages of people shooting at me, who went down 5mins earlier. Also you can switch the display messages on/off under settings.

Ne way I was like 30km away from you not 100km if that was the case I wouldnt have been able to lock you 
Im not bragging that I podded you it was hardly a fair fight. Its was me (scorpian), Monarch (Tempest), and some guys who turned up from the local in cruisers who took your Raven down. I was just lucky that one of my torps got your pod.
