Is it an exploit to use an Alt (Who has good Standing) to continue piracy?
Also do you get penalized for Warp Scrambling?

... what are you talking about? Piracy is part of the game. If it wouldn't have been then CCP would have BANNED the players, not punished them by giving bad virtual standings.

And yes, warp scrambling is an act of agression so you will get shot at by sentries/concord/navy etc if you in secure space

Let me Expand. Piracy I'm not calling an exploit. Piracy is life on EVE.
Now most people if they see the Red Box in space, they run to the nearest station, but if that same -8.0 pirate comes in as an Alt with a .2 rating, who's going to run. It's a Wolf in sheeps clothing.
He warp Scrambles the target and the rest of the pack comes in for the kill.

By that logic, the first time you initiate aggression against ANYONE, ANYTIME, the pirate should immediately get -5 sec status and have an eyepatch and parrot in their picture.

Anyone _can_ kill you, I mean, for instance if you saw a rookie ship in 1.0 _COULD_ be fitted with a warp scrambler and secretly trying to get close to you so that it could warp scramble you so that his friends, 58 kessies can warp in and launch 232 Heavy Missiles at you, killing themself in the way.
..so I recomend you get a safespot in every system you visit and use it whenever you see someone else in local.
Better safe than sorry, right?

i agree, using alts for any purpose related to your main character is bad. thats why they should be removed. i want to see scouts that actually are risking something by jumping in, instead of noob alts...

n00b scouts are expendable, they don't have the time invested into them like mains do, so natraly they make good scouts... It's not an exploit, as a part of the -10 club I've come to count on n00b scouts to tell us of incomming pray, and incomming attackers... so why risk a main character, when you have 2 alts to do the risk work?

Sounds like a good argument for why alt¦s should be removed..;) even if you prolly didnt mean that.
Second accounts are ofcourse different, although you should really try to handle them as 2 different persons.. not using one for the betterment of the other.. but, that would be in a perfect world I guess...;)

 i had a guy when i was MWDing in my scorp to get in scramble range the blackbird stops his ship and says hi in local i say hi then i killed his ship said goodbye
then came hes reply.... "that was hardly polite" i laughed for 5minuttes
Who needs a shovel when you have a nice big cannon?
