I know we have all sorts of calculators that allow a player to determine exactly how many of what minerals he is going to get from a batch of ore, but what if a CEO wants to pay his employees for all the hard work they do on an op? I;m talking about a payrole calculator. it would be set to figure in everyones skills, ships, equipment, and fleet boosters. I have been looking at all the sites i can find and all i see is indivudual yield calculators. i want to see one that includes an entire fleet of miners, then figures how much money they will earn from what was mined, like being paid commision.all the ceo has to do is gather the skills and equipment lists from his employees, enter them into the calc and press ok. the calculator figures in what modules, ships, and skills they used, adds the boosters and then factors in clock time. Why has no one thought to build one of these yet to post for everyone to use? are they not accurate enuf? are there too many variables for anyone to want to deal with? My CEO and i have been working on building one for 3 months and have hit a dead end because we simply lack the formulas that CCP uses ingame to determine exact yield from each person. We really want to finish this calculator but we need help. we need the formulas, if someone is willing to release them oficially for public use. we do not intend to plagerize or infringe on copyrights, we just want to make sure that our employees are properly paid so we dont have any tax issues at the end of the year, lol. PS, it would also figure in a healthy profit for the corp if needed.

Holy wall of text batman.
I'd give you some advice but tbh I just didn't have it in me to grind through your post.

I don't understand why you want to calculate yield by aggregating skill etc. information when you can very easily calculate yield by looking in your hangar and noting the quantity there.
If you are trying to pay corp members for the minerals/ore they mine, then setup a buy order or contract and let them "cash in" on their own.
If you are trying to pay corp members for their skill investments, stop. That sounds like a terrible idea. ________________________________________________

put this in excel:
1 How much did you mine total for the op? 2 What is corp cut? 3 How much is left? (1 - 2) 4 What is the value? (3 * price) 5 How many people on op? 6 Amount per person (4 divided by 5)
Each person is investing the same time, so basically should get the same amount, hauler, miner, whatever. The older players should be helping out the younger players so it all works out.

My corp is a non mining corp. I did a release of 50% of the corp wallet from tax revnue. I took the corporation journal and gave everyone a percent contributor. But it does really good for no mining. This works for missions, etc.
IE: Character 1 provided 50% of taxes Character 2 provided 25% Cheracter 3 provided 25%
So I sent 50% of the isk they provided back as a bonus. Its like getting a tax rebate! _____________________________________

For mining ops, try and use miningbuddy. It does not take skills into account, but it pays participants based on the time they spend on the op. You set ore prices, haulers report ore as they transport it to station. Miningbuddy calculates the total value of ore, and divides it on the participants based on the percentage of time they spent.
You can also set a "corp tax". E.g. you set the ore price to equal the sale price or market price of the ore, and add a corp tax so that the corp purchase the ore at a certain percentage of the market price (80-90% for example).
