So, you find a nice tasty hauler at the a station... you shoot him... how long do you have to wait before you can dock at that station?
Thanks

Lrn2pirate noobs! 30 seconds=Session change: Ie jump through a gate, undock, change ship etc. 60 second agro timer: This is what you get when you shoot at something. You are unable to jump/dock for 60 seconds after your last shot/jam/drone whatever. Agro timer. 15 minutes from when you shoot/are shot at by someone. If you log off in this period you will remain in space and be probable unless you have initiated a session change by jumping through a gate. IE loggoffski. Assumption of Risk |

and yet it always feels like forever especially when said ship you just shot was a total trap.

I can confirm this, since I've been on the receiving end of such a trap (Blame FangedTerror). It really does feel like forever when your structure is rapidly melting and you're spamming the dock button. Fortunately I just managed to get out.. with negative structure HP However, now you are just reading my signature... Or are you...

Wow has it always been 60 seconds? I've had close calls more than a few times but it really hasn't seemed a full minute. I guess the time must have flown by
I should maybe pay more attention.

Yeah, Sixty seconds.
But what's even more annoying is the bug you sometimes get (or in my case, Always get, maybe i spam dock too much), where after the sixty seconds are up you get "Docking operation in progress, Estimated time remaining 30 seconds", I've lost multiple ships to it since it doesn't let you dock, Even though it claims you are in the process of docking, And you keep taking damage from the people you're trying to escape.
Extremely annoying. |

No, it used to be 30 seconds, but it changed a few patches back to 60 seconds presumably for balancing reasons. |

Ah cheers, thought I was going a bit mental.
I'll mess about a bit later and see how it pans out in practical use (though I haven't noticed a difference so far.. I do alot of agression causing activities and haven't been affected a whole lot).
