I'll buy it for 1.8b. the equipment with rigs is worth approx 220m, so I consider it a fair price on top of 1.55b base moros.

AFAIK the capital mods and rigs are like 250mio+ depending on region.

36 + 41x3 + 37 + 17x3 + 23x2 = 293. It has 3 ccc rigs so the items you calculated with are almost 300mio, not including 1500 Stront, t2 drones and various other t2 mods.
